CONRAC Facility, 2004-2006; 2012 - Present
Mr. Fein participated in the initial discussions concerning the creation of a CONRAC in 2000-2001 and facilitated industry participation. After leaving the Car Rental Industry, Mr. Fein consulted with and advised Conrac Solutions, Inc. the operator of the facility, which openned March 2013. Mr. Fein currently advises the operator.
