Austin-Berstrom International Airport
CONRAC Facility Planning, Negotiations and Ongoing Supervision, 2005-2009

Marshall Fein began working on the new CONRAC at Austin Bergstrom in 2005 and continued there as Vice Chairman of the RAC Committee until negotiations were well underway in 2009. At that time Fein left the Rental Car Industry and formed Unison-CRS, Inc. now known as CRS-Camco, Inc. a car rental facility consulting firm.

Fein continued to work on the project having been selected to serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the Master Lessee for the CONRAC, representing all the RACS who operate at the airport.

He is directly involved in all aspects of the project and works closely with the City, the RACS, and Pfeffer Development (the private developer), and their design build team. Construction is under way with the project opening in September, 2015.
